Key Responsibilities:

Routine Maintenance Planning

Plan, schedule and coordinate maintenance for static and rotating equipment, lifting gears, elevators, and lifts Consolidate tasks, verify scopes, and manage work orders in SAP S/4HANA Develop detailed job plans including resources, materials, permits, and instructions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline execution and eliminate redundancies Attend daily scheduling meetings and provide job readiness updates

Shutdown & Turnaround Support

Assist in planning and executing major plant shutdowns and inspections Support complex maintenance tasks during turnaround periods
3.

Continuous Improvement

Contribute to RCFA investigations and maintain accurate job documentation Improve job plans through feedback and post-job reviews Participate in Operational Excellence initiatives and promote safety
B.

Qualifications & Experience:

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field 3+ years as Maintenance Engineer/Planner or 5+ years as Maintenance Supervisor in petrochemical/manufacturing Experience in shutdown/turnaround planning Certified Vibration Analyst (ISO Category 1+) is a plus

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of API & ASME codes (e.g., API 610, ASME B31.3) Proficient in SAP, Primavera, MS Project Deep understanding of rotating/static equipment and maintenance logistics Excellent coordination and communication skills * High safety awareness and compliance mindset
