Weekend Planner

Wednesday - Sunday (5 days per week)

Working Hours:

1st Planner:

7:00am - 3:00pm (Wednesday-Friday: work in office; Saturday & Sunday: work from home)*

2nd Planner:

3:00pm - 11:00pm

Note:

While work-from-home is allowed, attendance at the office is required when necessary.

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented

Planner

to manage customer order planning, production coordination, and delivery execution. You will be the key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations and on-time delivery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the

main point of contact

for assigned customer accounts on all planning, delivery, and supply-related matters. Handle

customer inquiries

promptly and professionally, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and customer satisfaction is maintained. Provide

regular and ad-hoc reports

on production schedules, delivery status, and order progress.

Monitor and analyze

supply chain and production performance metrics to identify gaps and support root cause analysis. Participate in

continuous improvement initiatives

to enhance planning accuracy and supply chain efficiency.

Coordinate closely

with production teams to align production schedules with customer delivery requirements.

Requirements

Degree in

Supply Chain Management

,

Business

, or a related discipline. Minimum

1 year of relevant experience

, or

fresh graduates

with strong enthusiasm to learn are welcome. Experience in a

contract manufacturing

environment is an advantage. Strong

analytical, communication, and interpersonal

skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

and other MS Office applications.

Independent, proactive, and organized

, able to thrive under pressure and in a fast-paced setting. A strong

team player

with a commitment to meeting deadlines. Able to

start immediately or within short notice

preferred. Knowledge of

SAP/MRP systems

is an added advantage.
