Overview

Join a leading global organization within the lubricant supply chain sector that operates across multiple countries in Asia Pacific. The team supports production operations and works closely with suppliers, planners, and logistics stakeholders to ensure smooth manufacturing and delivery processes.


This role reports to the Senior Production Planner and is responsible for maintaining data accuracy, supporting planning activities, and assisting in procurement and logistics functions.

Key Responsibilities

Master Data Maintenance:

Ensure accuracy of data in internal systems, including BOM, Routing, and PV setup. Support system updates and planning parameter adjustments.
Stock & Process Optimization:

Support stock movement optimization between production, warehousing, and customers. Identify bottlenecks and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve them.
Product Introduction Support:

Assist in new product setup (BCI/MOC) and ensure timely completion of required actions by relevant teams.
Data Extraction & Reporting:

Extract and manage key data for business continuity, KPI reviews, and dashboards. Support meeting preparation and reporting.
Planning & Logistics Support:

Provide support in packaging material purchasing and payment processes. Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field. Strong analytical and optimization skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data functions and macros. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is an advantage. Excellent coordination, communication, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
