Work with business units in managing changes in scope, timeline or pricing with customers . Perform service billing and customer account reconciliation in accordance with contract . Support business units to improve service delivery with business process re-engineering or other industry best practices . Collate & review performance of services and prepare management reporting . Participate in internal and external audits and undertake required follow-up actions with the business units . Develop, review and execute business continuity plans and other business excellence initiatives (such as BizSafe, ISO, etc.) . Handle basic HR processes including on/off boarding, orientation and training of staff . Manage key corporate functions including procurement, logistics and coordinate key meetings Salary: Up to $3,200 Period: Full-time, 2 years Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 6pm Location: Ang Mo Kio Requirements: . Degree or Diploma holder with 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a similar capacity . Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders . High level of initiative, with strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment . Meticulous, with good report writing skills .
