Our client is a leading integrated construction company. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Planning Engineer to join their Planning Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East and North area - easily accessible.
Duties of Planning Engineer:
Support Project Director/Manager in project coordination and planning activities to meet timelines and deliverables.
Prepare and manage baseline schedules, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with project milestones.
Work closely with consultants, contractors, and suppliers on planning and project execution.
Provide regular project updates and assist in reports such as progress summaries, variation orders, and extension of time (EOT) assessments.
Participate in meetings with clients and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and timely issue resolution.
Conduct technical reviews to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
Assist in tender submissions, method statements, and claims preparation.
Oversee on-site safety and environmental compliance, including identifying potential hazards and reviewing method statements.
Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering (PEB Recognised)
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction or civil engineering projects.
Proficient in Primavera P6 scheduling software.
