Job Highlights 5 days work week Responsibilities:
- Sourcing quotation from mould supplier for new project & ensure the moulds delivery schedule is met.
- Preparation of casting schedule to sub-contractors and ensuring precast components are cast on time for delivery.
- Coordinate with the project coordinator for the delivery of cast in item provide by main-con i.e. M&E, door frame, Ventilator sleeves, window frame etc
- Update daily production report on wall charts.
- Ordering of raw materials (BRC, Rebars, inserts, lifting hooks & nuts etc.) including cast in item (pipe, access cover) & ensure the materials are delivered on time for production.
- Submission of weekly/monthly production reports including each project completion percentage updating daily production volume.
- Checking of monthly Finished Goods Inventory (FGI) report against the production monthly report
