Job description of Planning Engineer for LTA Tunnel project :

Develop and monitor project schedules in consultation with project team. Coordinate and obtain inputs from project team, contractors and suppliers to support the development of project programs Work on progress forecast and prepare rolling program Coordinate with client's planner on programme and progress matters. Update, track and report project progress against planned schedule Monitor and control progress to make sure that turnover and cost is in line with master construction program Ensure material submission and approval Ensure project orders and deliveries are in accordance to agreed schedules

Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering with 5 years' experience preferably in construction planning and programme coordination for LTA tunneling project Good knowledge of construction and general application of principles, theories and industry practices and standards Proficient in planning and scheduling techniques to develop, track and monitor the programme
. Ability to influence various stakeholders and build long-term relationships with them


Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 is a must
. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills


. Strong time management skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks


. Ability to analyse and synthesize complex issues quickly
