Job Description

Salary range: $3500 - $5500
Working Days: 5 Days Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8am - 5.15pm
Office Location (HQ) : Paya Lebar
Current Project & Site Location: Tuas / Woodlands / Tengah / Sembawang / Tanjong Pagar

Planning Engineer

• A bachelor\'s degree in any Engineering discipline.
• Hands-on experience with Primavera and/or MS Project software is a requirement.

M&E BIM Coordinator

• Hands on BIM operating skill.
• At least 3 years of CAD drafting experience with M&E trades in the building construction industry.
• Knowledge in reading, linking & combine of Architectural and Structural trades models into M&E models together
• Ensure design co-ordinations and the development of 3D Models and fundamental approval are in accordance to schedule.

M&E Engineer

• A bachelor\'s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Good technical knowledge in mechanical & electrical trades
• Good knowledge of Local Code/Regulation Knowledge pertaining to M&E services, building construction, and safety.
• Assist the M&E Manager in coordinating M&E specific works on site.

Building Engineer

• A bachelor\'s degree in science, Building, or Engineering.
• Knowledge of building and structural details, working drawings, and local construction practices.
• Knowledge of local regulations and engineering standards.
• Familiar with tender and bidding processes.
• Familiar with local regulations pertaining to building, construction, and safety
• Interprets plans, estimates costs and quantities of materials required.
