The Talent

Diploma / Bachelor\'s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or any related field
At least 5 to 6 years relevant experience in oil&gas or petrochemical
Advance knowledge with rotating equipment
Advance knowledge on planning and maintenance of static equipment
Advance knowledge in Primavera P6 & SAP
Experienced in handle plant outages
Able to start in a short notice / immediately

The Job

Plan and direction of member of the maintenance team
Provides successful execution of maintenance or TAR work
Estimate and plan craft hours
Job in charge an materials unit to maintain safety stock
Perform daily review of all maintenance work order and material reservation
Attend meetings and responsible for weekly and daily work schedules
Facilitate executive of TAR milestone schedule
Coordinate with SAP and relevant vendors to improve on daily planning processes and reporting
