Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant local supervision experience in planning stage diversions for road construction.
Education: Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers (PE) Board or accepted by the Commissioner of Building Control for Resident Engineer registration.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project scheduling, and local regulatory standards.
