Report to Project Manager / Head of Planning. Involved in all trades coordination during design development and planning stage (Architectural , Structural & MEP) Good knowledge of authority requirement / regulations to execute planning works Good knowledge of precast , PPVC , PBU and Dfma concepts Ability to adapt to digitalised process in construction industry Liaise with Client/Consultant/Subcon Ability to lead a team of Engineers & Coordinators

Requirements:

Degree in Civil or Architectural or Construction Management 3 - 4 years experience in Building Environment Experience with Precast/PPVC/MET Basic knowledge of Revit , Autodesk BIM360 , Novade , Powerapps , Power BI is an added advantage * Experience completing 2 project cycles is an added advantage
