COMPANY DESCRIPTION

We are one of the largest one-stop Underground Utilities Infrastructure companies based in Singapore. We provide Underground Utilities Infrastructure construction and maintenance, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance as well as asphalt pre-mix production and construction waste recycling.



DESIGNATION : Planning / Site / Design / Utility Engineer (LTA Projects)



RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in planning and executing design and construction activities for LTA commuter facility infrastructure projects involving cycling path construction, erection of low and high covered linkway, widening of junctions, diversion of drains, relocation of services. Prepare detailed construction schedules, work breakdown structures, and resource plans. Review and coordinate design drawings and specifications for constructability, ensuring compliance with LTA, PUB, and other statutory requirements. Prepare technical submissions, drawings, and method statements for authority approval. Monitor site progress, identify constraints, and propose technical solutions to ensure smooth project delivery. Coordinate with utility agencies for diversion and protection works (e.g., water, gas, telecom, power). Support Project Manager in preparing progress reports, quantity tracking, and project documentation. Ensure site safety, environmental, and quality standards are upheld at all times.




QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineers (PE) Board. Minimum 5 years of experience in planning, design, and construction of LTA commuter facility or infrastructure projects. Experience in utility coordination, authority liaison, and method statement preparation preferred. Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Project. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with attention to detail.
