Job Description

The Planning, Cost, Procurement & Contracts Supervisor is responsible for the supervision and development of reliable & accurate cost estimates and construction programs for projects from development to delivery; manages and controls the overall cost generation process, details of suppliers, latest costing & construction technique, procurement of project machineries, equipment & other materials, taking full responsibility for accuracy of quantities, ensuring that all identified scope are included in the estimates as well as estimating unknowns and risks are identified and detailed that appropriate allowances are included. The incumbent is also responsible for the approval of evaluation and making recommendations of costs and work done including management of re-measurement contracts and variations within active construction projects.Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, MS Project, Power Point
• Knowledgeable in Planning and Cost, Cost Estimates, Procurement, Project Documentation
• With at least 3 years of leadership experience
• With at least 5 years of related work experience
• 1 vacant position available in Kibungan, Benguet

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Leadership: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Civil Engineering License (Preferred)
