Job Description

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for Plant Equipment Preventive Maintenance (PM) / Corrective Maintenance (CM) development and implementation.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for Daily PM/CM activities, drawing updates, vendor evaluations, equipment related matters, monitor for new tools & technology and etc.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for old/new technicians\' training & development related to technical works.

\xc2\xb7 Establish and monitor programs / Key Process Indicators (KPI) maintenance system for critical equipment analysis, and condition monitoring techniques, operating data and etc.

\xc2\xb7 Optimize maintenance strategies and cost effective benefits.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for ECR meeting, follow action items & process / Equipment Improvement.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible to liaise with the vendors related to technical works, issues & etc.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible to establish / maintain standards related to equipment, spare parts & etc.

\xc2\xb7 Present and Attend to Equipment troubleshooting if needed, E.g. Technician is unable to solve the problem or find out the root cause.

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Preferred Diploma and Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

\xc2\xb7 At least 1 years of relevant working experience in Equipment PM & Auto CAD

\xc2\xb7 Self-disciplined, meticulous and resourceful

\xc2\xb7 Strong working knowledge of chemical process

\xc2\xb7 Familiar with ESH regulations.
