The Plant HR Business Partner is the trusted partner to the Plant Leadership team where he/she will drive world-class HR strategies, organisational and people development initiatives in line with Global business objectives. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will have the full responsibility to partner with the business in full spectrum of HR matters including HR Strategy, HR Advisory, and HR Projects, overseeing HR processes end-to-end. The successful incumbent will be engaging, comes with a positive \xe2\x80\x98can-do\xe2\x80\x99 attitude together with resilience. You will play both a hands-on and strategic role to ensure the business is well supported on all HR agenda and at the same time foster a high-performance culture. You should possess high IQ/EQ to manage stakeholders and influence accordingly.
The Successful Applicant
To succeed in this role, you have at least 10 years of relevant plant/manufacturing HR experience, preferably within the Pharmaceutical / Medical Devices / Chemical / Manufacturing / Engineering / Aviation sector. As part of their business growth, you have prior experience in supporting new plant set-up in Singapore, merger and acquisitions, project management etc. As a proven HR business partner, you have a broad knowledge of HR capabilities and best practices, ability to develop and execute insightful HR roadmap and/or initiatives. You are able to influence and partner with all levels of the organization to achieve results and come with strong business and HR acumen. Also, you come with successful track record in leading a HR team.
Location: Singapore, East
Compensation: salary circa SGD 100,000 \xe2\x80\x93 140,000 + attractive bonus and benefits
