Job Description
Responsibilities
- Ensure all maintenance works are carried out systematically, efficiently, and safely.
- Improve the existing preventive maintenance system to reduce maintenance cost and improve equipment performance.
- Initiate and coordinate MOC for any addition, modification, and replacement in the system.
- Assist the Section Manager and Supervisor to coordinate and supervise the day-to-day activities.
- Troubleshoot Mechanical Equipment/Systems\' problems when they malfunction or run abnormally.
- Work closely with the operation team for daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance programs to maintain all equipment running efficiently, safely, and smoothly.
- Train all technicians and staff on equipment maintenance and monitor the 5S and TPM activities carried out in the section.
- Assist the Section Manager to propose and implement action plans to rectify faults occurring in the system/processes.
- Be involved in new project management from time to time and be responsible for document preparation and other paperwork, as well as coordination with contractors and vendors.
- Manage all Mechanical & Electrical Instruments spare parts and tools.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and with a team to completion of tasks

- Good time management skill
