Job Description

Surface Preparation

: Prepare walls and ceilings by cleaning, removing old plaster, and applying base coats as needed.

Mixing and Applying Plaster

: Mix plaster to the desired consistency and apply it to surfaces using tools like trowels and brushes.

Finishing Work

: Achieve a smooth finish by leveling and smoothing the plaster, and creating decorative molds or casts when required.

Repair Work

: Fill and smooth cracks and holes in existing structures to ensure durability and stability.

Client Interaction

: Communicate with clients and other tradespeople to understand project requirements and deliver quality craftsmanship. *

Safety Compliance

: Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
