Prepare accurate cost quotations for clients and project stakeholders.
Review project drawings and specifications; coordinate with site supervisors and clients to ensure clarity of work scope.
Prepare and prime surfaces before plastering, ensuring proper adhesion.
Select and apply the appropriate plastering materials for each type of surface.
Protect non-plastering areas using proper coverings and safety measures.
Apply plaster to interior and exterior walls, ceilings, and other surfaces with a smooth and even finish.
Perform repair and maintenance work on existing plastered surfaces as required.
Identify and report any structural issues or defects to the site foreman immediately.
Mix and prepare mortar, plaster, and finishing materials according to job specifications.
Collaborate closely with other trades and contractors to ensure timely project completion and quality workmanship.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Plasterer in construction or renovation projects.
Strong knowledge of plastering techniques, tools, and materials.
Good physical stamina and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
