Drive and achieve monthly sales targets.
Canvass and acquire new customers through walk-ins, promotional campaigns, product launches, trade fairs, corporate events, and special programs.
Recommend and customize services and products based on customers' needs and suitability.
Educate customers on lifestyle maintenance, product benefits, and conduct product demonstrations.
Provide proactive after-sales support, attend to customer inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction and repeated business.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.
Maintain accurate customer records and ensure excellent service standards at all times.
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in the beauty, spa, or wellness industry.
Cheerful and outgoing personality with a high level of self-motivation.
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude, initiative, and strong interpersonal skills.
Responsible, trustworthy, and hardworking.
Proficient in computer applications (MS Office and POS systems).
