Middleware Architecture: Support the designing and implementation of a robust and scalable middleware architecture that addresses the challenges of fragmented systems, integration issues, and legacy infrastructure.
Develop and manage integrations between WMS, SAP, TMS, DBP, WES, and other relevant systems to ensure efficient data flow and process automation.
Enable reliable and secure message exchanges between systems using appropriate messaging protocols and technologies.
Work closely with the business units and project managers, IT team, external vendors and other stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Implement monitoring and logging mechanisms to proactively identify and resolve issues.
Continuously optimize the performance and scalability of the middleware infrastructure.
Stay abreast of emerging middleware technologies and evaluate their potential for improving our supply chain operations.
Provide technical advice to project managers/leaders and give technical direction to team members.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5-7 years exp years of experience in middleware systems engineering or a similar role
Strong understanding of middleware concepts, integration patterns, and messaging protocols.
Hands-on experience with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Apache Kafka,Boomi, or similar.
Experience with supply chain platforms like WMS, SAP, TMS, and Warehouse Execution Systems is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 1 Year agency contract employment.
