We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our Partnership Team in Singapore. As a key member of the Partnership team, you will be focused on driving impactful relationships, ensuring successful product adoption and retention of key business partners.
Get to know the role:

• Governance and ownership of the App assets
• Lead and manage the Operations Executives on the creation and uploading of contents on the App
• Ensuring the contents and designs on the App are set up and updated accurately and promptly within the guidelines
• Work with the Partnership team to gather the contents for App publishing
• Work with the User Experience Design team to improve and update the App visuals and content structure
• Work with the Product & Engineering Team on the creation of new tools and gamification
• Provide continuous feedback to cross-functional teams to ensure the App is at its best performance

• Minimally 2 years of working experiences in contents management related fields
• Experience working in a matrix structure with multiple stakeholders
• Strong project management skills in managing tight timelines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and is a strong team player with a proactive attitude
• Ability to perform in ambiguous, low control yet fast paced environment
• Proficient with the Management tools (SessionM and Contentful)
• Experience working in a startup environment will be an added advantage
