Job Qualifications
At least 4 years\' experience in Pharmaceutical/ Food/ Petrochemical/ Chemical Plant or Automation industry or equivalent combination of work experience.
At least 3-4 years\' experience with Siemens PLC (Step7/TIA Portal) experience.
Technical knowledge of Batch and recipe management systems.
Basic understanding of Emreson DeltaV Automation system.
Knowledge in industrial computer systems connectivity and communication protocols
Experience in reading Process Descriptions and P&ID\'s
Experience in Lifecycle documentation, generation of FAT, IOQ Test protocol.
Knowledgeable in ISA S95, S88 and GMP requirements.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong trouble shooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to organize, motivate and develop team members.
ProfileYou will be part of a multidisciplinary team to support and manage NNIT customer\'s site automation needs as well as interact with stakeholders (Utilities, Production, Quality and Automation, and etc.) to accurately capture the user requirements.Job Responsibilities
Serves as a primary technical contact for customers.
Develops quality plans for projects and monitors projects for quality throughout the project lifecycle.
Develops engineering standards that help streamline engineering processes as well as increase the efficiency/effectiveness of project execution.
Lead and implement PLC programming, SCADA and Batch modifications in design specification, installation, start-up, commissioning, and validation in accordance with established change control procedure.
Infrastructure installation and server-client/communication setup.
Author design and test documentation.
Provides technical sales support to pursue new and repeat business opportunities by providing the sales staff with project execution hour assessments, and resource loading estimates.
