Job Summary:

• Company background: German MNC Flavouring Manufacturer
• Working location: West Singapore
• Working days & hrs: 5 days, Monday to Friday Starting from 7AM/7.30AM/8AM/8.30AM till 4PM/4.30PM/5PM/5.30PM (depending on management decision)
• Salary range: up to SGD 5200 (dep on exp) + AWS

Primary Responsibilities

• Back up and maintain PLC, HMI, VSD and other controller program and software version
• Interface with SCADA, DCS and BMS
• Working knowledge of Ethernet, Profibus, Modbus communication
• Troubleshoot automation issue by hardware or instrument via HART, program setting/bug and connection issue
• Working knowledge of SQL Database (optional)
• Evaluation of P&ids, functional design specification
• Coordinate with HQ and vendors on new implementation as well as changes
• Work on projects assigned by supervisor from time to time
• Provide system training to end-user when required
• Standby for emergency of automation issue to support 24hrs operation
• Well verse with Siemens and Object-oriented, open and PLC-based process control system
• Familiar with Siemens Simatic Manager Step 7/ TIA Portal/ Win CC will be an advantage
