Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities





1, Review and monitor site construction activities to ensure work completion as


schedule.


2, Manpower arrangement and supervise/manage site arrangement.


3, Attend meetings including but not limited to site meetings and inspections


4, Installation Work, installing pipes, fixtures (toilets, sinks, tubs, etc.), and


appliances that use water or gas.


5, Repair, Fixing leaks, clogs, and damaged pipes or fixtures.


6, Maintenance, performing routine checks and maintenance to prevent problems


and ensure systems are functioning correctly.


7, System Testing


8, Code Compliance


9, Customer Interaction





Required Skills and Qualifications:





1, Technical Knowledge


2, Troubleshooting Skills


3, Communication Skills


4, Problem-Solving


5, Safety Awareness


6, Knowledge of water supply, waste disposal, and gas systems


7, Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings


8, Good communication (especially for customer interaction)
