Assemble, install, maintain and pressure test all pipes, fittings and fixtures of heating, water, drainage, sprinkler and gas systems according to specifications and plumbing codes.
Determine layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks and waste and drainage system based on as-built plans, drawings and specifications.
Locate and mark positions for connections and fixtures and determine sources of plumbing malfunctions to complete repairs according to work orders.
Job Qualification:
Highschool or TESDA (NC II Plumbing) Graduate
2 years experience in Facilities Maintenance
Basic skills in Plumbing works and troubleshooting
Driver's license is a plus
