PMM Cash Product Manager - (220001HD)

Objectives of this Role :

• Drive the end-to-end development of cash and commercial card products, from ideation, design, technical development, testing and roll out, to post-launch improvements and iterations
• Understand customer requirements, competitor offerings and current market trends to constantly innovate and improve on product and processes
• Develop, implement, and manage the roadmap and implementation timelines to build differentiated banking solutions
• Strategise appropriate go-to-market plans to ensure successful product launch and develop tracking to monitor customer acceptance

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the cash portfolio of the offshore customers under the Emerging Business segment, with a good appreciation and understanding of risk, regulations and internal policies to identify suitable growth opportunities and execute segment strategy
• Review and enhance product proposition through regular market scans, customer and stakeholder engagement and effective analysis of data to ensure product competitiveness and profitability
• Constantly innovate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify gaps in order to enhance the customer onboarding journey and drive operational efficiency
• Manage the growth of the Business Debit Card portfolio, including the development of card value proposition and partnership enhancements to win market share and enhance card profitability
• Achieve operational efficiencies and resolve any system and customer issues in relation to the delivery of the card value proposition
• Plan and execute sales and marketing campaigns and customer communications to meet business objectives including new customer acquisition, activation, usage and upspend and overall portfolio activity
• Provide insights on how customers engage with the bank and partner with stakeholders to review customer journeys and technical feasibility to attain optimised digital journeys in relation to the application and maintenance of corporate cards
• Ensure compliance to regulatory/audit/compliance issues, and manage business risks through maintenance, update & revision of internal procedures

Qualifications

Requirements :

• Tertiary education with minimum 3 years’ working experience
• Structured thought process, sound analytical mind and good communication skills
• Experience with senior stakeholder management, and for pushing through initiatives in a challenging environment
• Independent worker with an ability to multi-task under tight timelines
• Driven, willing to challenge the status-quo and be innovative in problem solving
• Strong understanding of banking products and balances between benefit to the bank and benefit to the customer
• Prior experience in product management – consumer or commercial products – and/or cash management will be a plus
