Roles and Responsibilities:

Portfolio Management 1) Support to identify IT strategic needs and projects for the institution and consolidate into the work plan 2) Support IT project team to ensure governance for IT Project portfolios 3) Support annual work planning reviews with stakeholder, and prepare annual IT workplan agreement for approval 4) Support ITSC meeting secretariat, including collating, and reviewing of presentation slides 5) Maintain system inventories list, including issue SODO letter 6) Collate, track, and monitor for institution project status reporting 7) Support to align with SingHealth CIO Office PMO for cluster projects 8) Review and verify project charters (ePRCR). 9) Any other assignments assigned by CIO and/or RO.

Business Finance 1) Support to work with SGH Finance to ensure governance for IT investment and expenditure 2) Prepare institution\xe2\x80\x99s IT spending and prepare regular financial status updates and reports to the Institution Management 3) Prepare annual budgetary and forecasting of institution\xe2\x80\x99s IT spending for CAPEX and OPEX, and perform monthly analysis of total IT spending against budget for update 4) Support to review and verify project costing and billing mechanism 5) Support to reconcile project status against Purchase Order (PO), billing and payment status and to advice on revenue recognition for accounting purposes 6) Coordinate and support IT audit activities and asset sighting coordination. 7) Support to align with SingHealth CIO Office Business Finance for cluster projects 8) Review and verify PR in Ariba system for IT related 9) Review and verify AP Invoice in APIMS system for IT related

Requirements / Qualifications: 1) General degree with experience in an IT or healthcare industry 2) Meticulous and has an eye for details 3) Strong compliance to policies and standards 4) Strong financial modeling, analysis, budgeting and forecasting skills 5) Intermediate level proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint 6) Experience in written report or meetings is an advantage 7) Strong communication skills with the confidence and maturity to interact effectively with people at all levels 8) Proactive, assertive and is adaptable to change. 9) Ability to manage multiple activities at one time and to prioritize work
