Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking to ensure timely delivery of key milestones. Prepare and maintain PMO reports, dashboards, and status updates for management and stakeholders. Support governance processes, including risk, issue, and change management activities. Facilitate resource planning, budget tracking, and financial forecasting for projects and programs. Coordinate and document PMO meetings, decisions, and action items. Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, standards, and templates. Partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous process improvements within the PMO framework.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. 3-6 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or project management roles. Strong understanding of project management frameworks (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid). * Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet).
