Job Description
- Adecco is partnering with a Technology Multinational Corporation company to search for a PMO Analyst
- Focus: PMO End to End Deliveries, Project Status Reports and Coordination within the project team
- Office location: Singapore- Newton
- Working hours: Monday - Friday (Office Hours)
- This role is starting off as contract position
- Project Management Tools
- Diploma/Degree of any related fields
- Exposure to completion of project deliverables, tracking project deliverables, meet deliverables
- Resource management (i.e. on/off-boarding, leave tracking, account provisioning)
- Handling of administrative processes with client and team members, minutes taking at client and team meetings, preparation of meeting decks to be sent to client on time
- Tracking of deliverables, financial, procurement and inventory/assets management; collating and generating reports, ensuring the team complies with client data protection, initiating and managing process improvements, maintenance of project site office facilities.
