Job Description
- Adecco is partnering with a Technology Multinational Corporation company to search for a PMO Analyst
- Focus: PMO End to End Deliveries, Project Status Reports and Coordination within the project team
- Office location: Singapore- Serangoon North
- Working hours: Monday - Friday (Office Hours)
- Project Management Tools
- Diploma/Degree of any related fields
- Exposure to completion of project deliverables, tracking project deliverables, meet deliverables
Support the end-to-end PMO related functions for the project such as billings, procurement, resource planning, client deliverables management & project status reporting.
- Work closely with the project team in the preparation of the project status reports and ensure timely submission.
- Participate in client meetings for project status updates and document action points where needed.
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure that delivery timelines are met, and project related deliverables are completed without delay.
- Provide support in resource planning and coordinate with HR in the tracking of open resourcing demands along with the processing of resource onboarding and offboarding.
- Assist in the management of assets and any administrative requests within the account.
