Scope of Work: 1. Maintenance Work Planning - (a) Develop maintenance work plan; (b) Propose continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen compliance, cybersecurity posture and improve work processes. 2. Compliance & Cybersecurity Management - (a) Ensure system adhere to applicable standards, policies and directives; (b) Oversee annual self-check and rectification to address gaps; (c) Monitor and strengthen system security posture, ensure vulnerability is timely mitigated and patched, else seek waiver from relevant authority; (d) Support all audit activities, oversee resolution of audit findings. 3. Incident/Problem Management - (a) To lead investigation and resolution of problems; (b) Perform defect trend analysis to address recurring incident. 4. Change and Service Request (CR, SR) Management - (a) Gather requirements from Business Users and oversee CR and SR Assessment; (b) Seek approval from Change Control Board for CR and Ops Manager for SR implementation; (c) Manage CR and SR implementation to ensure satisfactory and timely delivery with users; (d) Analyse SR trends and propose improvement to the system. 5. Obsolescence Management - (a) Track and manage remediation for obsolete system components; (b) Manage the retirement and disposal of obsolete system components.
