You will be joining a global leader in Facilities Management with key services offering across Cleaning, Disinfection, Pest Control and Building Management They have presence globally across EU, US, SEA and Africa with over 30 countries.
Key Responsibilities
As the PMO , you will work closely with the CEO and be responsible for the centralised management and coordination of projects. You should have strong market intel ligence across APAC & ANZ with solid capabilities in Project Management, Resource Management, Risk Management and Quality Assurance.
It would be ideal if you have background in M&A as you would be required to work alongside the CEO to coordinate M&A deals.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will come with 10 - 15 years of solid PMO & Project Management experiences within the Facilities Management, Building Management, and Landscaping sectors.
You will need to have strong organizational skills and interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders of all levels, and to manage multiple projects at any given day. You would have to be highly analytical and strategic with strong IQ & EQ.
Base salary from $15,000 - $22,000/month.
