• Providing support to GWB PMO project teams and collaborate with cross functional teams within to gather, develop artefacts for project updates and report progress
• Maintain organised project documentation, ensuring accurate and up to date information
• Assist in project planning, scheduling and coordination activities
• Where required, provide any support activities in relation to identification and resolution of potential project bottlenecks or issues

Project Planning and Coordination

• Gain hands on experience in creating project updates, plans, schedules and timelines
• Develop skills in coordinating tasks across different teams and ensuring project milestones are met.

Communication Skills

• Enhance communication and abilities through regular updates and collaboration with team members.
• Practice conveying complex project information in a clear and concise manner

Organisation and Documentation

• Acquire proficiency in maintaining organised project documentation

Professional Collaboration/ Development

• Gain experience working within a cross functional team, understanding different roles and perspective of how a bank operates
• Benefit from mentorship opportunities and guidance from experienced project management professionals
