Job Description

Epergne Solutions is seeking a PMO Manager for Infrastructure Portfolio to ensure high performance, strong governance, and efficient execution of infrastructure programmes. This role will support multiple project delivery teams, providing leadership in risk & issue tracking, resource planning, and project performance reporting. Role requires Security clearance as a part of onboarding process.





Roles & Responsibilities:



Track and manage performance metrics and risks across infrastructure projects. Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, methodologies, and compliance standards. Lead resource planning across project portfolios to optimize delivery capacity. Produce dashboards, progress reports, and insight-driven analyses for senior stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement in PMO processes, standards, and reporting tools.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Project Management or related discipline. Extensive experience in PMO / programme management roles, preferably with significant infrastructure exposure. Strong analytic, budget, scheduling, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in project management tools & dashboards (Excel, SharePoint, etc.). Certification (e.g. PMP, Prince2) advantageous. * Role requires communication in Mandarin
