Project Planning (inclusive of site survey):Top Up of Outside Plant Infrastructure, Provision of new circuit , relocation of existing circuits and circuit migrationUpgrading of existing pipeline and cable network.Diversion of existing network including pipeline, cables.Pre-Sales activities such as bid quotation, routing proposals and proposal discussion.To lead a team of staff to plan and ensure timely implementation of underground fibre and pipe in accordance to customer required timeline.Coordinate and manage both internal (product, sale, network etc ) and external stakeholders (authorities, utilities provider , contractors, customers etc) on the delivery of service on time to customers.Incident Management of fiber/equipment fault to ensure restoration meeting the SLA. Project managed all implementation and fault restoration by providing regular updates to immediate supervisor, customer and account / service manager. Report the downtime in an orderly manner and resolve it within the SLD.Able to monitor NMS is accordance to customer expectation and assign team to ensure all equipment are healthy in NMS. Update relevant team to ensure that data system to avoid record discrepancies when rectification is done.To manage Operating Expenditure and Capital Expenditure for the department to ensure prudence in expenditure and ensure vendor are paid regularly after job done.To manage and upkeep the network inventory record up to date.Perform any other ad-hoc duties as per assigned by supervisorSkills for Success:
