Job PurposeYou will assist to support policy fulfilment for all classes of commercial lines policies.The Job\xc2\xb7 Support policy fulfilment of all commercial lines classes of policies, including commercial motor policies;\xc2\xb7 Manage processing portfolio to ensure policy fulfilment is done within stipulated turnaround time;\xc2\xb7 Ensure policy documentation accuracy;\xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance of SOP and procedures in policy processing and documentation;\xc2\xb7 Support new business model and workflows driven by Sales & Marketing Section;\xc2\xb7 Ensure timely and compliance of file copy archiving procedures;\xc2\xb7 Participation in User Acceptance Test (UAT) when required;\xc2\xb7 Support any adhoc duties and activities when requiredQualificationsOur Requirements\xc2\xb7 Diploma holder;\xc2\xb7 Possess BCP, PGI and ComGi certifications;\xc2\xb7 Good problem solving skills and good team player\xc2\xb7 Has good customer focus, detailed and can work independently\xc2\xb7 Experience and knowledge in Allegro or AS400 system is preferred;\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (ie Word and Excel);\xc2\xb7 Experience in UAT Testing is an advantage;About Great EasternEstablished in 1908, Great Eastern places customers at the heart of everything we do.
