Requirement

Diploma/Degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, or related field At least 3 years of relevant working experience, in Policy Servicing preferably in Insurance Industry. Leadership and people management skills with a track record of building and leading performing teams.

Responsibilities

Collaborative Team Operations, Support in the day to day operations which includes supervising and monitoring the teams' performance. Customer satisfaction and retention, handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, addressing their concerns promptly and professionally. Process Improvement and Optimization, Collaborate and liaise with department stakeholders in implementing process to improve operational or streamline processes and resolve policy related issues. Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to establish policies, procedures, standards. Project participation, system enhancement and user testing, providing feedback on system adequacies.
