Together, let\'s redefine possibilities and leave a legacy that echoes for generations.What you will be working on:In this role, you will: \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct comprehensive reviews of existing CPF policies, focusing on retirement, housing, healthcare financing, and other relevant areas, to ensure alignment with the evolving needs of Singaporeans. \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead the development of policy proposals in areas requiring change, leveraging thorough analysis to build compelling cases and assess the potential impact and implementation strategies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee the seamless coordination of projects aimed at achieving policy objectives. This includes conducting ground research, utilizing data analytics, and actively engaging CPF members to gather insights and feedback.What we are looking for:

• Relevant experience in policy analysis, development, or implementation, ideally within the public sector or a policy research organisation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Interest in economic and social policy frameworks, with a keen understanding of Singapore\'s socio-economic landscape. \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrated ability to think strategically and critically analyse policy issues, considering both short-term objectives and long-term implications. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical skills with proficiency in interpreting data, conducting research, and synthesizing complex information to inform policy recommendations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good track record in project management, with the ability to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion within established timelines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including CPF members, government agencies, and industry experts. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity in a dynamic policy environment, while remaining focused on achieving policy objectives. The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences. We welcome fresh graduates in any discipline and candidates without working experience to apply. Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs.
