Job Description

1. Ensure to conduct audit on SHE Mandatory requirements using OPCON (GWP, Daily Safety Inspection, weekly & monthly).2. Ensure to prepare and review SHE reports monthly (scorecard - FSC& JJPI, SHEQ, master plan) weekly.3. Ensure to review and update HIRADC and JHA.4. On time submission and review of legal and other requirements to DOLE.5. Ensure to conduct audit related to site's QMS Standards.6. (5S GWP, FEFO, Ageing or Static Stocks & CQI action plans).7. Ensure to identify potential quality risk (like HIRADC-QRADC).8. Ensure to address resolution and escalation of complaints or CQI.9. Conduct mock recall traceability accurately.10. Ensure on time and proper preparation of AIR.11. Review, update and prepare AIID of the Site.12. Update and prepare SHE related reports, checklist and activities.13. On time submission of required environmental compliance and monitoring reports.14. Review, update & implement new applicable Environmental related Laws.15. Conduct Weekly audit related to environmental mandatory requirement.16. Conduct root cause investigation on SHE related incidents.17. Ensure to address on time feedback on customer complaints.18. Prepare budget for SHE activities, trainings and projects.19. Ensure proper accountability of fixed assets.20. Provide poka yoke solution to improve or eliminate recurring issues on quality.21. Prevent environmental incidents resulting to notice of violations.22. Conduct performance evaluation to manage/drive employee performance.23. Conduct SHE trainings for newly hired employee and contractors effectively (forklift Safety, SHE Orientation)24. Coach and train operations supervisors on conducting accident/incident investigation or crafting AIR report and creation and revision of HIRADC25. Create developmental plan for their subordinates.26. Attend reviews and contribute for the improvement of on level 2 measures27. Drive improvements on SHE OTP.28. Establish Challenging KPI's for Good Returns Processor and BO In-Charge.29. Conduct Trainings related to QMS and 5S+GWP.30. Drive improvements on Quality OTP's (should be under Safety).31. Drive improvements and reduction of top aspects on Site.32. • Pollution Control: 1 year (Preferred)
