Be part of Singapore's transformative digital mental health initiative! Supporting the Mindline.sg platform, you will examine the technical infrastructure behind how residents access mental health resources. This position provides an opportunity to contribute to national healthcare improvement while developing expertise in digital analytics and user experience optimisation.
The selected intern will participate in but not limited to the following:

• Analyse platform usage patterns and performance metrics to derive meaningful insights for platform enhancement
• Design and develop interactive dashboards to visualize key performance indicators
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for platform optimisation
• Create and test prototype features based on user feedback and analytics insights
• Contribute to data-driven decision making for platform improvements

About you:

• Be pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Applied AI and Analytics, Business Information Systems, Information Technology or related discipline
• Graduating in May 2027
• Strong foundation in data analytics and visualization
• Proficiency in dashboard creation tools
• Experience with SQL and Python
• Knowledge of analytics tools
• Basic understanding of UX principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech

Interns will be based at a Public Healthcare Instutitions (PHIs) and expected to travel to other PHIs.
