The project focuses on improving End User Computing systems including managing Windows devices and enhancing technical support processes. The selected interns will analyze system performance, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to projects such as streamlining service delivery or deploying new tools. This opportunity will provide interns hands-on experience in managing IT Infrastructure within healthcare environments, enabling efficient service delivery for healthcare professionals while improving workflows and user experience.
The selected intern will participate but not limited to the following:

• Configuring, managing, and support EUC solutions to ensure seamless integration in healthcare environments.
• Provide technical support to healthcare professionals who use various technology systems and software applications. This include assisting with troubleshooting, answering user queries, and resolving software or hardware issues.
• Assisting in the implementation or upgrading of IT systems, such as software configuration, functionality testing, and ensuring compatibility with existing infrastructure.
• Collaborating on small-scale IT projects, tracking progress, and contributing to deliverables that enhnace healthcare services.
• Supporting planning and technical activites for new healthcare insitutions.

About you:

• Be pursuing a Diploma in Information Technology, Infocomm & Security or related discipline
• Graduating in May 2027
• Familiarity with EUC concepts such as endpoint management and mobile devices
• Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and providing user support
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech

Interns will be based at a Public Healthcare Instutitions (PHIs) and expected to travel to other PHIs.
