We are seeking motivated interns to support our team in Woodlands Health ongoing operations and initiatives. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in a live hospital environment, where you'll get a comprehensive overview of the IT systems that keep healthcare running smoothly.
The selected intern will participate but not limited to the following:

• Assist with some key project rollouts, documentation, facilitating meetings, testing support eg eMOS harmonisation, PIB rollout etc
• Create documents such as easy-to-read guides, SOP, FAQs, policies for WH users to refer to for self-service. Eg raising software requests, raising adhoc new IT demands, how to fill in ITMC slides/downloading templates, how to submit whitelisting requests, innovation requests
• Create an IT SharePoint online page to serve as an IT one-stop guide, and neatly organise all files and folders for easy reference for WH users. This can include ITMC schedule, IT org chart, budget cycle, new demand, innovation/poc/pov clearance steps/guidelines, etc
• Consolidate IT best practices, policies, learnings from infra, security, governance, procurement to build internal FAQ/knowledge base
• Automate tasks to improve productivity and follow ups with ServiceOps (IT support team) eg consolidate weekly incident reports or dashboard updates for project/BAU status tracking, and automated email to ServiceOps keeping ITMO in the loop for necessary follow ups
• Align between WH and KTPH process and procedures and share action plans for WH Eg Enterprise tower engagements

About you:

• Be pursuing a Diploma in Applied AI and Analytics, Business Information Systems, Information Technology or related discipline
• Graduating in May 2027
• Knowledge of AI and automation tools like Powerautomate
• Knowledge of Sharepoint site, excel etc
• Possess strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech

Interns will be based at a Public Healthcare Instutitions (PHIs) and expected to travel to other PHIs.
