Because it\xe2\x80\x99s with Hilton where we never forget the reason we\'re here: to delight our guests, Team Members, and owners alike.A Pool Attendant with Conrad Hotels and Resorts builds relationships with guests who visit the wellness facilities, including the Gymnasium & Swimming Pool and offers proactive service and assistance to those individuals.What will I be doing?As a Pool Attendant, you will interact daily with guests who visit the wellness facilities, including the Fitness Centre & Swimming Pool and help, proactively, and as requested by guests. Specifically, a Pool Attendant will complete the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Knowledgeable about the products and services offered in the Fitness Centre & Swimming Pool
• Handle issuance of towels, lockers management and minimize loss of items
• Solicit feedback from guests to share with Director of Guest Experience
• Ensure that Fitness Centre guests receive efficient, friendly, consistent, and personalized service
• Ensure the safety of Team Member, Fitness Centre guests always
• Ensure cleanliness of the gymnasium, changing rooms and pool area (including deck chairs, cabanas and umbrellas)
• Coordinate with the IRD team to provide assistance on agreed level of service at the pool (including the serving of ice water and towels on arrival)
• Ensure that the pool is maintained to the highest standards, which requires the engagement of external vendors to provide specialized equipment and expertise in pool cleaning
• Oversee the safety of swimmer and prevent injury by providing supervision to the area at regular intervals (e.g patron around the pool) reacting immediately to any emergency and identify and possible signs of distress
• Provide pool rescue in accordance with set emergency procedures
• Inform guests when necessary to abide by the rules and regulations of the pool
• Perform regular inspections of swimming pool and lifesaving equipment in the swimming pool
• Familiar with swimming pool SOPs and adhere to requirements such as pool surveillance procedures, emergency action plans

• Previous experience working at a similar setting
• Relevant, current, and valid qualifications
• Strong customer awareness and focus
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with guests
• Eager to learn with the required product knowledge
• Able to multi-task and able to work independently & as a team
• Able to swim
• Possess valid Standard CPR and AED certification
• Possess valid Standard First Aid certification
