You will be supporting the Portfolio Management team at CapitaLand Ascendas REIT Management Limited and report to Vice President, Portfolio Management, Singapore.
ResponsibilitiesSupport the Head of Department in the analysis of the performance of the Singapore portfolio, and in the consolidation of performance of the overall portfolio including overseas
Prepare management reports and board papers
Carry out annual valuation of properties for the Singapore portfolio and consolidation of the REIT's portfolio including overseas portfolio
Support initiatives in system enhancement and automation of analytical functions
RequirementsDegree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related discipline.
Possess strong analytical and financial skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel application
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
