Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) is responsible for portfolio planning within the Market Areas, including lease events, new location requirements and CAPEX investments. We are looking for a Real Estate Professional to join the Ericsson Real Estate team as Portfolio Manager with responsibility for a dynamic and complex portfolio of APAC Commercial leases and projects. The role is responsible for the real estate portfolio, transaction and fit out project management following process and Compliance in some APAC countries, and you will coordinate with other RE managers and Global RE team to manage APAC portfolio, data, report, and assist in drafting/reviewing of business case (BC) and decision documents (DD). This consists over 92 locations including not limited to sales, supply, R&D, and project office properties. As we continue to optimize our portfolio and drive a human centric RE function, you will coordinate all activities related to real estate for the company, including the search for new properties, the negotiation of lease agreements, and the ongoing compliance with lease provisions and resolution of issues and problems related to the relationship with landlords. You will also have the cost center and budget responsibility for PPM in the Geography.
You will :
drive and develop the activities within:
Portfolio management, reporting & administration
New lettings, Re-negotiations
Lease event management
Space optimization
Lease agreement quality control
Financial analysis of Portfolio and Market data
Management of RE brokers
Project budget, vendor selection, office design, fit-out, construction management till office occupancy
You will be working in a diverse and professional team that shares knowledge and supports each other in a non-hierarchical way. You will have a varied job that would involve a lot of interaction with Ericsson partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to secure the most productive and cost-efficient lease portfolio in the industry.
To be successful in the role you must have:
Education: Minimum BA in Real Estate or related field
Min 8-10 years of relevant real estate, portfolio management & administration experience, project management & facilities management from a multinational environment
Domain experience: Real Estate, Construction, Real Estate Facility Management (REFM) as corporate, commercial or consultant.
Experience in Surveying, Real Estate, Construction or equivalent
Proven track record in working as a PM bridging business, RE and all project team \xe2\x80\xa6
Good communication skills and can works well with others

Delivering results and managing customer expectations
Fluency in English
