About the Client:

Our client is a leading global investment management firm with a strong track record of delivering exceptional results for their clients. They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Portfolio Manager with an equity focus on Asia to join their investment team.

As a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Performing trading, rebalancing, and all portfolio/fund management related tasks
• Generating equity investment ideas and conducting research on macro outlook and company specifics
• Updating and monitoring relevant regulatory requirements and investment guidelines/restrictions of portfolios
• Preparing regular investment portfolio reviews, as well as all risk management related tasks
• Maintaining portfolio management models and spreadsheets
• Preparing client communication materials, including marketing presentations and client reverse enquiries on equity-related subjects
• Participating in global and regional investment committee meetings, as well as ongoing firm-wide discussions on equity-related subjects

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following requirements:

• At least 6-8 years\' relevant experience in Asia equities research and portfolio management experience, with a proven track record
• A minimum of a Bachelor\'s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a numerical related discipline
• Preferably a CFA charter holder
• A team player with a great attitude and independent mindset
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills
• Superb communication skills in English and Mandarin, both written and oral
