Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, recommend and monitor external managers.
• Provide sound recommendations on portfolio constructions, taking into account the appropriate asset class universe.
• Monitor PERE investments and escalate investment issues, evolving market risks, and portfolio issues on a timely basis with recommended investment actions, when appropriate.
• Provide key inputs, identify, evaluate, and recommend investment opportunities that benefit
  from identified emerging capital markets and industry trends.
• Work closely with external consultants, managers, business contacts, etc., to build knowledge
  and expertise.
• Prepare sector reports and contribute to overall asset allocation reports for the Asset Management division.
• Develop presentation materials for investment committee meetings and marketing materials
  for new product launches.
• Work closely with sales teams for aftersales and fundraising activities.

Requirements:

• Experience in sourcing, evaluating, recommending, and monitoring external managers,
  especially in private equity real estate and/or private equity funds.
• Knowledge and understanding of real estate asset classes and trends.
• Good knowledge and understanding of macro drivers of asset classes: returns, risks, and correlations.
• Outcome and results-oriented with a rigorous approach to tasks assigned.
• Someone with strong analytical skills, and a verifiable performance track record of past and
  existing works.
• Minimum of 8 years of working experience as a real estate investment professional.
• Team player with integrity, able to work independently and coordinate across teams from
  various departments/entities/countries.
• A good degree, preferably with professional qualifications, like CFA, CAIA, etc.
• Effective communicator, versatile, and with a positive attitude, the person must have the drive to
  excel in tasks given.
