  • Interface with internal and outsourced teams.
  • Drive and ability to prepare decks for CRS strategies and innovation initiatives developed by the client.
  • Organise both periodic and ad-hoc meetings to engage in-country teams and regional teams on CRS strategies and innovation initiatives and any ad-hoc meetings.
  • Familiar with Change Management, Occupancy, Utilization, Density of office spaces.
  • Familiar with and ability to review Corporate Realty Services (CRS) Outlook and budgets, financial impacts, profit and loss (P&L) of potential initiatives.
  • Prepare and liaise with Country Heads and teams to deliver weekly CRS reports, monthly CRS MOR and monthly ASEAN reports and any other CRS decks/updates as requested by the client.
  • Support Sub Region Head to review submission of Real Estate quarterly attestations.
  • Be competent in reviewing programme of works & commercial packages of a portfolio of projects in accordance to internal client governance.
  • Support in reviewing CRS Initiative Expenditure Proposals (IEPs) - project financial approval forms
  • Support in tracking ASEAN annual CRS compliance / audit.
  • Work collaboratively with Client PAOs and SMEs to manage project related issues on the multi-disciplinary projects and liaise with stakeholders on requirements.
  • Attend trainings to be up to speed on the CRS processes and changes
  • Deliver all work outputs in an accurately and timely manner.
  • To be a team player and integral member of their business unit.
  • Represent Client in a professional and diligent manner, meeting, negotiating and corresponding with clients/stakeholders forming a strong working relationship in true partnership.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record in Project and Programme or Cost Management with relevant experience (2-5 years).
  • Previous experience of working with corporate real estate clients is preferable.
  • Recognised Degree in Building, Project or Cost Management or relevant discipline preferred.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Adobe to generate professional presentational material to guide business direction
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and team members.
  • Highly developed communication, interpersonal, problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Organised, efficient and pragmatic.
  • English speaking and writing skills.
