Join a global cross-disciplinary team to develop new data-driven insights and portfolio monitoring tools, and ultimately contribute to enhancing Life & Health (L&H) underwriting performance!About the RolePrimary responsibilities to focus on implementation of data-driven feedback loops across Life & Health globally and to identify and implement ongoing improvements:

• Identify use case, define business requirements and work with data & tech team to develop new or expanded portfolio monitoring capabilities
• Define and/or build strategic linkages between distinctive data domains to generate new insights
• Enhance L&H data qualifty via identifying gaps in upstream operational processes, and feedback to COO
• Develop best practice or operating guidelines to complement monitoring tools and enable appropriate interpretation of signals
• Contribute to/drive change management and adoption of portfolio monitoring tools, engaging and instilling excitement across target user groups across all markets globally
• Strive for continuous improvement in coverage, accuracy and adoption of portfolio monitoring tools

About the TeamL&H Portfolio Steering and Monitoring is a global function with the core mandate to generate insights and connect our business to proactively steer L&H Re in delivering sustainable profit.About You

• Minimum 10 years experience in life re/insurance industry
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Analytical and skills including data transformation. cleaning, visualisation and insights generation
• Expert knowledge of data flow and system landscape in Valuation, Operations and/or Finance
• Storytelling and ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing priorities with agility for learning new tools/techniques
• Actuarial qualification preferred
