Engaging with existing and prospective tenants to promote the portfolio's workspace and community.
Responsible for the prospecting of tenants, and along with the leasing managers, will facilitate the initial engagement of office
and retail tenants.
Establishing strategic relationships with tenants.
Engagement of portfolio tenants with the ByTheBay platform and its
various categories particularly BayGreen, BayGive, BayFit and BayPlay. * Build relationship with Marina Bay stakeholders to promote Marina Bayevents on the ByTheBay platform to encourage community engagement.Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
Min 5 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or related roles.
Experience in the real estate industry or a related sector is strongly preferred
Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and execute partnership strategies that drive business growth.
